This is an opportunity to be part of the intermediate english program and Club de Lectura for Spanish speakers, scholarships available for 6 months.
Career Coaching: Bootcamp
Career Coaching: Bootcamp is a 5-hour group workshop offered in English and Spanish, designed to help Latino professionals build their U.S.-ready resume, write a compelling cover letter, and optimize their LinkedIn profile. You’ll learn how to present your international experience effectively, understand how the job market works, and walk away with practical tools you can use immediately. This is an action-based, information-driven space to get you back in the game—with confidence.

Back on Track: Reconnect with your career program
Back On Track is LUCA Foundation’s signature program designed to help Latino professionals reclaim their careers in the U.S. Whether you’re in health, communications, education, marketing, or design, this program guides you through the steps to reconnect with your field.
From identifying volunteering opportunities to understanding local city programs, we show you where to knock and how to prepare. You’ll gain access to curated information on credential validation, where to find support services, and how to build experience through meaningful pathways. Because no matter your profession, you didn’t start from zero—you started from knowledge.
